Cost For LA Trip, So Far

I’ve finally booked my ticket to LA. I and my son are travelling for some Mommy and son trip. I got the tickets free from all that credit card spending. But, I have to pay taxes. $60 for both of us. Then I rented a car at Alamo, mid-size Cobalt for 581.13…that is with a 10% discount already.

In summary:
$60 – travel taxes and fees
$581.13 – rental car

I haven’t got hotel and food and stuff yet.

Inception, A Movie With Leonardo DiCaprio

My husband took my daughter and I to see this movie last Friday. What an engrossing, fascinating, revolutionary movie it is. The premise is even dreams can be stolen.

Then there’s a band of security who specializes in boasting up your subconscious to guard against such thievery. They did such a wonderful job in bring this concept to life that I was on the edge of my seat. It’s very exciting.

I do hope Leonardo DiCaprio wins some award for this movie. It’s just so interesting. Have you seen it? What do you think of it?

We Love Our Pet, He’s A Good Influence

We love our pet. We call him our Beagle-Love. He’s a mixed beagle and labrador. We call him Charlie. All my kids love to take him for a walk, feed him, and give him baths. The only thing is, no one wants to deal when Charlie uses the bathroom. I have bought several pet products dealing with Charlie’s bathroom habits. I even bought diaper.

Charlie is not toilet trained. But no one can stand his cry when we try to crate him that he’s got full control of our house. He’s nice enough not to use the bathroom in our bedroom area, but the hallway to the closets is fair play for him. My children are always wanting to shop for unique food dispenser for him. We have several kinds. I noticed though, that Charlie likes canned food better than the pellet kind.

Charlie is a good role model for my kids in some ways. We bought some pet vitamins for him to keep him healthy. He walks or jogs with us about 20-30 miles a week, so we make sure he’s got energy. The nice thing about his taking vitamins regularly is that my kids takes theirs, too. They never forget about Charlie’s meal times, or his vitamins. It also means that my kids are taking their vitamins regularly. It’s win/win for us. Now, if only I could convince them that taking Charlie’s bathroom training is part of the whole package, I’d be set for life.
